I made a spreadsheet of every gun I could spawn, and here's a couple of issues:
The Drozd SMG and Lamia pistol both are chambered in .40 and have magazine item names that are nearly identical:
Magazine (.40 Magnum) : This is a pistol magazine meant for the Lamia
SMG Magazine (.40 Magnum): This is an SMG magazine meant for the Drozd
Solution here should be to follow the standard set by the Calico SMG. Rename the magazines as follows:
Lamia Magazine (.40 Magnum)
Drozd Magazine (.40 Magnum)
This way they'll still show up in the map maker and sandbox mode if people search for the caliber, but will be distinct when placing.
The WT550 has a unique magazine that shares a nearly-identical name with two other commonly-used magazines:
Magazine (.35 Auto) : This is used by a bunch of pistols including the Clarissa, Giskard, Handmade Pistol, M1911 and Mk 58
High-Capacity Magazine (.35 Auto) : This is used by the Molly and Olivaw
SMG Magazine (.35 Auto) : This is used by the Atreides, Molly, and C-20r
SMG Magazine (.35 Auto Top-Mounted) : This is the unique magazine used by the WT550
Solution here would be to rename "Magazine (.35 Auto)" to "Pistol Magazine (.35 Auto)" and rename the magazine used by the WT550 to "WT550 Magazine (.35 Auto Top-Mounted)". It may also be prudent to rename the "High-Capacity Magazine (.35 Auto)" to something like "Machine Pistol Magazine (.35 Auto)" to make it clear it's not for use in regular handguns.
The L6 SAW has a unique magazine that could be confused with other similar rifle magazines. Rename it to "L6 Saw Box Magazine (.30 Rifle)"
There's a couple of ammo items that as far as I can tell aren't used by anything. These include the .35 Auto Speedloader (when as far as I can tell, none of the revolvers in the game are chambered in .35) and the .30 Rifle Drum Magazine. These should probably be removed until they're used for something to prevent confusion.
Any guns or magazines added in the future should have a clear descriptor as to what ammo they use (or what gun they go to) when examined. Right now, there's only a short description (things like "LRifle" and "SRifle") that don't really explain much.
