All data definitions must be made partial and data field readonly changes for serialization copying

• Serialization has been changed to require data definitions to be made partial (this includes components for example).
• Their data fields must also not be readonly, and their data field properties must have a setter. In the case of records and structs, an init; setter is also valid.
• There is a code fixer that can be ran from your IDE to automatically fix any existing data definitions and their data fields in your project, see the video below for an example. Visual Studio also lets you apply the fix everywhere at once.
• All upstream data definitions and data fields have already been fixed. This does not currently include prototypes or data records, as there aren't many of them, but they will be included in the near future.
