[TAMA] volte and vowifi not working with free mobile, where it's working for others android devices

How to reproduce
by seeing no volte nor vowifi indicator

Additional context
the ISP now give volte and vowifi by default to all it's customers, TAMA must be upgraded to get it working, as others xda shown some mbn were working for them :

I have the same issue since i'm on LOS. Started with 18 and now 20. Afaik volte and vowifi worked on stock

If there is something more i could test. Hints welcome.

I already played arround with manually change the 2 austrian provider files (A1, hudginson) while i was on LOS19 but none of them was working.

this process works with xiaomi mi-9t to get a much more recent, thus supports more providers for volte feature

requires root obviously
