<h2>Youth Fitness Programs</h2>
<h3>The Beginner Future Program:</h3>
<p>For adolescents who are just beginning physical fitness and strength and conditioning. This could either be for performance enhancement or general fitness enhancement. This program is designed to learn the fundamentals of movement.</p>
<h3>The Future Program:</h3>
<p>For adolescents who are mentally and physically advanced above the beginner program. This is an advanced general strength and conditioning program for the future of our company. The Future Program’s goal is to change the “norm” of our general fitness in society today. These kids do not seek for competitive athletic enhancement, these adolescents are seeking to improve their daily life.</p>
<h3>Young Athlete Program:</h3>
<p> For advanced adolescents seeking a goal of athletic enhancement. This program is focused on creating and teaching the most comprehensive scientific based youth strength and conditioning program in the country for sports performance training. The program is specifically geared to be more athletic and sports specific based training.</p>
<h3>Young Special Ops:</h3>
<p>For adolescents with mental or physical handicaps. This program is designed and implemented to improve daily functional living, cardiovascular health, balance, and stability. Their program will have some focus around team, partner, or group challenges and games. Another feature of this program is they would also be involved with other members of the gym and would workout with the other members.</p>
