CXGN::Marker::Tools - clean_marker_name() causes problems #34

The clean_marker_name() is renaming markers during loading.
removing zeros in the middle of marker name
removing suffixes (a,b,c)

the function is called in CXGN::Marker::Modifiable

Could this filtering be removed, optional or moved to a separate function?
