Is there a way to run all animations in JS?

Many people have problems with debugging (Flipper is very buggy and often just doesn't work), or need to use some dev tools like Apollo dev tools, and the only way to use them is to comment all reanimated components first.

Is there some config to run all animations in JS just for debugging or may be some mock implementation that does so?
