Issue/Feature Description:
Unable to Start nfs-server and nfs-provider

Why this issue to be fixed:
Kahu will not run without NFS server running

How to reproduce, in case of a bug:

deploy kahu
apply nfs.yaml file
check status with kubectl get pods -A
nfs-provider and nfs-server not running

Other Notes / Environment Information:
Operating System- Ubuntu 22.04
