Steps to reproduce the issue

Install JONGman on fresh site.
Check if anything ok. Re-install it again.

Expected result

Successfully installed.

Actual result

Internal server error.

System information (as much as possible)

Windows 10
Apache 2.4
PHP 7.0.3

Additional comments

There is no error on CentOS7/PHP 5.6.31 and Apache.

This version does not work properly on Joomla 3.8.x versions. I was able to install it but then it dows not works and I was unable to manage all other modules or install they. I have to remove jongman manually from /var/www and from the Joomla database
