SEQ: change output of calibration to simple text table instead of the xml file

The calibration was previously saved to xml file and used in mantid: https://github.com/mantidproject/mantid/blob/f1765c1dda3c809cb2e3d38895f29c0d04ecf416/instrument/SEQUOIA_Definition.xml

Matt is asking for changing the format of the IDF xml to use "roc" number for detector banks.

In consultation with @AndreiSavici, it may be a good idea to have the output of calibration in a simple text file format like this file, which was used to generate the earlier SEQ IDF file using this script
