  1. Go to any proposal creation
  2. Click on title input and click tab to change focus to "Write"

I believe all input don't have inline on hover or focus, and it seems like a deliberate choice and not a bug

The CSS for all input have focus:outline-none

I think it's about the fact that outline of Write tab is partially hidden behind Editor border.
