bug(ux): write actions on un-deployed starknet account will fail

An un-deployed starknet account/contract can not sign message. Any authentication actions on this wallet will fail.

We should have a way to prevent such actions, and show a warning in a modal instead (explaining that the account need to be deployed before proceeding).

Argent X is already preventing such actions, by showing a warning that the account need to be deployed first, but Braavos is not.
