Previously there was a rule (hack) in the CSS for ensuring that there are no "left-over" page numbers when changing from frontmatter to bodymatter or from bodymatter to rearmatter.

We had to remove this rule (08c8fad) in order to fix issue #49, which had a much higher priority according to Davy.
