Bad encoding with gmail

I download email from gmail services, but receive the body content with bad encoding, this show "direcci??n" insted of "dirección"

I would recommend to check for already existing open issues about 8bit encoding (before opening a new one)
For example #109 but the PRs in #104 and #96 is probably of more interest.
