Intersection of types has properties that exists in multiple constituents when using allOf

When using intersection of types, some properties might be of different security level.
For example - when creating type VideoResponse with allOf from other types, I get -
The intersection 'VideoResponse' was reduced to 'never' because property '__oats_value_class_brand_tag' exists in multiple constituents and is private in some.
