Import issues from Google Code

Issues prior to sloodle 2.0 were managed at:
http://code.google.com/p/sloodle/issues/list

I've checked these on 2012-08-16 and don't see anything that needs to block our 2.1 stable release, but it would be good to go through and make an issue here for anything that's still relevant.
