In order to streamline the user experience and minimize messaging costs, as a power user familiar with the service, I should be able to bypass the welcome message and immediately enter my search parameter(s).

As-is:

  1. Power User: my case number is RIC 151600091
  2. Response: Welcome to CourtSMS. Reply "NAME" to search by name, "CASE" to search by case number, or "MORE" for other options.
  3. Power User: case
  4. Response: To search by case, send me your case number. For example: WVC 123456789.
  5. Power User: RIC 151600091
  6. Response: The following court dates for that case number were found ...

To-be:

  1. Power User: my case number is RIC 151600091
  2. Response: The following court dates for that case number were found ...
