[Table Grid] Responsive bulk/batch actions

Provide a general summary of the feature here

For smaller screens/devices we would like to add more adaptiveness to the table grid.
When there more bulk/batch actions possible for a selection of rows the buttons should adapt to the space available.

🤔 Expected Behavior?

We would like to see a way of overflowing when the buttons not fit in the space available.
See 'possible solution'

😯 Current Behavior

Now the table grid clips the buttons, so the user won't be able to access the buttons that aren't in the viewport.

A horizontal scroll isn't recommended because the space for interaction is really limited and the discoverability isn't high.
