Theme update Bingel DC

Provide a general summary of the feature here

We want to have different font sizes in the Bingel DC theme to serve pupils and teachers.

🤔 Expected Behavior?

Both themes:
Basic corner radius: 8
Exceptions, for example: pill button, round icon only buttons
Custom icons: provided in this Figma file. If you need them exported, let me know :)
Colors: we are missing only #004390, which is the current color of the main navigation items inside interactions. Could you please include this one into the tokens?

Theme for older students:
Font: Open Sans (both headings and body)
Font color: #002f62 (current accent base)
Needed: variant on dark background, same as the icon on dark background.

H1 Title Open Sans SemiBold 40/48
H2 Title Open Sans SemiBold 30/36
H3 Title Open Sans SemiBold 24/30
H4 Title Open Sans Bold 18/30
H5 Title Open Sans Bold 16/24
Paragraph Large Open Sans Regular 20/30
Paragraph Open Sans Regular 18/30
Paragraph Small Open Sans Regular 16/24

There is currently only 1 styling option available for all target groups.
