Version 1.04 (October 31st, 2013 - Mark Mansur)
- Firmware: Added an option in config.h to enable support for kristaps_r Fatshark goggle HT module (http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showpost.php?p=23051198&postcount=573)
- Firmware: Fixed issue where roll settings weren't being persisted/restored
- Firmware: Fixed issue for PPM-in -> PPM-out being written to the appropriate channel value

- Firmware: fixed bug (going back to v0.08 and earlier) where mag and acc offset storage didn't reset serial string parser
- GUI: Added retry to version retrieval. Makes for more robust initial connection to tracker.
- GUI: fixed calibration issue (Magnetometer and Accelerometer offsets are now reset before cal)
