where is nullextdev_win32.dll?

I'm making a custom version of nulldc in visual studio, is there a place I can find the network drivers for it? I'd think there would be a place I could find nullextdev_win32.dll, I've found pages where people got their versions to work, except the only one I found, had the dreaded "I'll dm you the file" resolution.
