[Comunity] Add project maintainers

@skishore, @Chaning, @parsimonhi, could you add more project maintainers to this project ? This project draw a lot of attention and activity. We cannot expect @skishore to handle it all, we need a community. We need user-rights to close issues which have been answered. Please, Skishore, open up a bit the issue management (needs 5+ trustees), PR management (need at least 2), and user-rights management (needs at least 2). I am volunteers for issues. Will handle few a year, not much, but will help a bit to keep the place clean.
