Add support for radio button list for properties

gxalpha has submitted a PR to OBS to add radio button options to the OBS properties system. This would provide tremendous value in improving the user interface and overall friendliness of how shader options are presented to end users by being able to provide a list of choices verbally, rather than the current workarounds of having to use an integer with no visible user text and just having to know what each integer "mode" results in, or using a farm of checkboxes and remembering to never enable more than one in order to create fake makeshift radio buttons.
