Feature ✨: Add scroll to top button with progress button

I have noticed a small issue that I believe could enhance the user experience. Currently, there is no progress bar scroll to top button present on the website.

Your branch might not be up-to-date with the target branch. GitHub may not be able to identify differences sometimes if there are no changes, or the target branch is ahead of your current one.
