Initial setup removes permalink value on my collection.

In my config.yml I have a posts collection with a permalink.

  posts:
    output: true
    permalink: "/:collection/:name"
    sort_by: date

When adding the repo to siteleaf, it removes the permalink value.

Also, the permalink field in the collection settings isn't visible unless I change the path value. I've tried changing the path, adding my collection permalink value, and then changing it back, but it when changing it back I get a "file already exists" error.

Is there a setting to preserve the permalink value of a collection when setting up siteleaf?
