I'd then have to remove the lower building to get out; not a big issue but nevertheless annoying.
I initially thought that this could be just a really minor incompatibility issue with SqueakThrough, but then I suspect that the same problem would probably happen if you have structures built in front of the entrance(either in multiplayer or by construction bots).
Maybe a quick fix to move both the lower boundary of the collision box and the exit position of the player would solve the problem?

I can't reproduce this with or without Squeak Through 1.1.5.
With Squeak Through I can walk between the buildings and exiting the building works fine, without Squeak Through the buildings always have a one block gap between them.
Hmm...After a few more testing, I found that this problem only occur in recursive factories. If I exit a factory placed in the overworld everything is fine, but when I exit one that is in another factory, only then I would get stuck.
