Use Case

It would be nice if the PhysiCell converter could alternately also accept opened file data. This would allow SimulariumIO to convert PhysiCell trajectories on a server without needing to do file I/O operations.

Acceptance Criteria

PhysicellConverter can accept opened files instead of file and directory paths.

Details

Keep file paths as an option too.

The pyMCSD module will have to be updated as well, would be ideal if this could be added to the master pyMCDS
