New definition proposed
Clause 3 - voice-over: a form of communication assistance that allows communication by individuals with speech disabilities with a hearing person through the use of specially trained CAs who understand the speech patterns of persons with speech disabilities and can repeat the words spoken by that person.

Clause 6 - no additional text.
