The medial ra needs to tuck closer to its following base character. Currently it is closer to the end of the previous syllable than it is to the syllable it is part of. Notice that the lower part of the character, including the circle goes below the baseline, unlike u1A6E-u1A72 which sit on the baseline.

If it is pulled closer to its following base, it will probably also need to shorten its overhang to correspond.
