Add content on Fall CTF pages

Our most recent Fall CTF event pages are currently empty (e.g. https://sigpwny.com/events/fallctf/2022). We should populate them with images, summaries, and logistical details such as schedules, etc. We want these pages to look nice since we want to preserve memories and also show the public what we're up to (including our sponsors)!

Markdown should be used to create these pages, but HTML/CSS with Tailwind and React JSX are also available since the files are MDX. Content should be stored in content/events/fallctf/. Supporting files, such as images, should be stored relatively within the particular event folder.

Recent images can be found in the SIGPwny Google Drive, though if images are found elsewhere, they can be used as well.
