iOS - Black screen on camera preview

Hello, I am having a issue showing the camera preview, it's always showing blank canvas.
No errors are thrown and permissions are given. Tried .front and .back, different audio settings and presets.

iPad - OS v14.8

I have enable the log trace

After investigating, and changing the MTHKView to PiPHKView I was able to preview the camera
