Consider renaming this package to shlink-integrations

I've always thought "common" was a too generic and meaningless name, too prone to end up holding everything you don't know where to put.

This library has slowly evolved into a place where code for third party libraries and service integrations are defined, so perhaps a better name would be shlink-integrations
