V0.0.25 has shipped with lot of updates that never made into documentation

P0: blocking your adoption of code-pathfinder or workflow
P1: important to fix or quite annoying
P2: regular bug that should get fixed

Expected Behaviour
Document all latest capabilities that includes

Sub commands
Query file support (cql)
Binary expression and API support
