playlist downloading weirdly

so idk if its my problem but its like.
the playlist downloads in like 40% and then it stops, its just stuck at 0% on some song and it doesnt move.
its not marked as completed its just stuck on downloading a song.
should i wait because it might be just a momentary issue, or is it there something i can do to fix this.

Do you get any error messages? It could be that youtube is blocking you from making requests or simply dropping the connection. You should try again
