I've noticed someone asking for support for iOS http://community.phonegap.com/nitobi/topics/this-plugin-org-wbt11a-nativecamera-will-cause-only-ios-build-failure
I've also seen someone forking your repo and adding support for iOS and WP8. It currently has 20 commits ahead and 25 commits behind. It could be interesting to try to merge both repos: https://github.com/wbt11a/cordova-plugin-wezka-nativecamera
