Start Windows SS client from a shortcut or batch file

If I have more than one SS server, can I create a Window's shortcut that will tell the client which server I want to connect to?

Something like this:

"C:\ss-client\Shadowsocks.exe --server=servername"

Use case is to be able to create separate shortcuts for each server so that I can connect to the server of choice by simply double-clicking on a shortcut instead of manually changing the server in the SS client GUI.
