Motivation

Creating communication with the user. In the future, this can possibly help gauge impact of user requests, based on the popularity of similar feedback from other users. Also, in the future, it could be helpful to submit proofreading tickets with screenshots/picture uploads/markup. For now, to allow users to have a voice / opinion on the latest developments / lingering issues of the app.

Goal

To implement a basic in-app feedback workflow.

Prerequisites / Blockers:

Stories/Tasks
