All controls extremely delayed #218

Like in #130, I am experiencing a large delay for all controls of the TV (Input switching, apps, power button, iOS TV Remote app) despite the polling time being set to the minimum of 1 second. Is there a commonly known way to fix this? I know I did something before that worked, but I lost my HomeBridge setup and can't recreate it, and having a remote that can be up to minutes behind is rather pointless.
