When we rush, we skip. Our documentation should be absolutely first-class in terms of the code, manpages, and relevant wiki articles on Solus and Serpent documentation sites.

While initially we plan a drop-in replacement of clr-boot-manager, in time we will only export the legacy CLI shim when argv[0] == clr-boot-manager
