Current implementation requires access of camera and microphone on the initial dashboard (after login and onboarding), and closing the individual audio and video streams. This leaves a flicker of the camera being on and then off whenever you come to your home dashboard.
Instead, we can require the permissions on start of quiz.

Secondly, the camera stays on even after quiz ends.
