Tests were missing for plotting variables from obsm and plotting continuous obs. We should:

  • carefully check which tests are available and which missing. The possible tests are the cross product between:
  • categorical or continuous variables
  • plotted on: obs, var, var from a different layer, obsm, "dataframe column". (var and obsm can only be continuous variables).
  • add the missing tests
