Context
Pipeline template version list has a time filter that is not in the job template (This time filter is shared with the build count filter)
This time filter will filter the version displayed,
However, there is a problem that the end time of the filter is several hours earlier in some time zones, and the published pipeline template is not immediately displayed.
Objective
No time filter is used to display pipeline template versions according to job templates.
