CICD can't run after install screwdriver through helm

It Stuck in this stage, I cant figure out why

• log microk8s.kubectl logs -f sd-gl-210-screwdriver-queue-service-7b98cdb69f-cz8zg -n sd-gl-210
  
  

I am using microk8s to build k8s cluster, and it's using containerd. would that be the problem?
or should i set the namespace serviceaccount as cluster-admin to let it work?

should i set config/default.yaml executor plugin to only k8s? If set it through helm, how can i set the chart values?
