Instructions in Readme.md are confusing

1. In the cloned repository, there are no files with the name surprisenet_train.py, and subsequently no arguments like '-epoch'. However, that's how the instructions are shown for training of the model
2. There is no requirements.txt file. There is a environment.yaml file from which environment is created successfully, however it's confusing as to which is the right way to go about creating a new environment.
