Message goes to projects that have not set Slack channel #134

When redmine wiki update, message is sent to other channels even though notification is not set for the project.

Project A has no channel setting in redmine.
Project B has channel settings in redmine.

When updating Project A's wiki, a message is sent to slack.

redmine-slack version: 0.2
