Newer rsync don't support host:/ /path and more and expect host:/ :/path instead, or other forms.
host:/ /path
host:/ :/path
As a temporary workaround, add the following to /etc/rbme.local.conf:
/etc/rbme.local.conf
RSYNC_EXTRA_OPTIONS="--old-args" RSYNC_OLD_ARGS=1 RSYNC_PROTECT_ARGS=0
Proper fix would be to update the way RBME handle multiple paths on a target
