Provide the Table Theme

Why this is needed:
Since we decided we won't provide any logic for the moment( may need to collect all the use cases), we still would like to keep the table theme consistency across all the apps.

Functionalities:
When we import such table in one application, it should provide:

• a default theme
• ability to sort from table header
• tooltip from cell value

What should be done:
With styled-component to provide the theme for the table.
