Translation from SBGN to yEd GraphML:

  • Complex formation and dissociation (black dots and white dots) are translated into the generic process.

  • Up/Down tags are translated to left-oriented tags by the converter due to the fact that currently there are no up/down-oriented tags in the yEd SBGN Palette (see Issue #13). Test folder: tags.
