This was discussed previously. What we could do is renew the discussion and then put to voting. I would suggest 1) to make it clear in the spec that the use of this glyphs is optional as there is the generic process glyph, 2) consider removing the two glyphs in one of the next versions.

I think this hasn't been discussed since 2018. Currently, specification still has association and dissociation glyphs and there is no mention of whether these are optional or not.
