It appears the check to see if the user already has access to the repository is not working correctly. The server then tries to accept an invitation that was already accepted:

Error accepting the invitation: Could not find your invitation. Check your email to see if you received one.

Easily reproduced by visiting https://linker.ficsit.app/link twice.
