How to fix TKO broken with the 0.15.0 release

TKO is our legacy application used to see results from jobs, that was created back when there was no rpc server and gwt web interfaces. It is still supposed to be functional, and accessible under

http://your-server/tko/

Now, we didn't notice that our move to Django south the view needed for the app to work, tko_test_view, wasn't created, rendering TKO dead on arrival. Now the install scripts are fixed, but for installs made before that, you just need to execute:
